Hours
Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Central Time. Messages sent on a weekend or holiday get picked up the next business day.
What to include
- Your order number, if you have one
- The hat name, size and color
- Your head measurement in inches or centimeters, for sizing questions
- Clear photos, if a hat arrived damaged or you received the wrong item
