Shipping and delivery
Every order ships free to a US address in a box built to protect the crown. Here is what to expect between checkout and your front door.
The basics
Shipping is free on every order to a US address. We pack and ship within 1 to 2 business days of your order, and most packages arrive 3 to 6 business days after they leave us. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday start that clock on the next business day.
Where we ship
We ship to US addresses only. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are welcome, though they may take longer than the usual transit window. If a hat is headed there for a fixed date, give it a few extra days. We cannot send orders to addresses outside the United States.
How hats are packed
Each hat ships in a crush-proof box. A crown that gets flattened in transit can lose its crease, and a bent brim can be stubborn to coax back, so we do not cut corners on packaging. Hold on to the box after the hat arrives. It makes a decent storage case, and you will want it if the hat needs to come back to us.
Ordering for an event
If the hat is for a festival, a bachelorette weekend or a wedding, add the two windows together: up to 2 business days for us to ship and 3 to 6 for the carrier. Ordering about two weeks ahead leaves breathing room, including time to return a hat and reorder if the first size is off.
Checking on an order
For a status update, email [email protected] with your order number and we will look into it during business hours.
Damaged or missing packages
If a box shows up crushed or the hat inside is dented, take photos before you unpack any further, then email us with your order number. The same goes for a package that stalls in transit or never arrives. We will look into it and tell you the next step.
