How do I place an order?
Choose your hat, pick a size and color where options are offered, and check out. Orders ship free to US addresses within 1 to 2 business days.
How do I find my hat size?
Wrap a soft tape measure around your head about where the hat will sit, just above your ears and across the middle of your forehead. Compare that number to the size chart on the product page. If you land between two sizes, the larger one is usually the safer pick.
Will the party hats fit me?
The Plush Party Faux-Fur and the Dancehall Retro both come in one size M, which fits roughly 56 to 58 cm, or about US 7 to 7 1/4. If you measure larger than 58 cm, expect a snug fit. For the Mirror Ball, message us for current sizing before you order.
Should I choose felt or straw?
Felt is warmer, holds a sharp shape and reads dressier, so it suits fall, winter and evening events. Straw breathes and shades well in heat, which makes it the usual pick for summer, outdoor work and sunny festivals. Plenty of people who wear cowboy hats regularly own one of each.
What does the X rating on a felt hat mean?
The X number is a grade. A higher X generally means a higher share of fine fur and a denser, smoother felt that holds up better to weather and wear. Grades are not standardized between brands, so compare them within one maker.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is free within the US. We ship in 1 to 2 business days and transit usually takes 3 to 6 business days. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take longer.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We currently ship to US addresses only.
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn hats with the tags attached within 30 days. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the hat. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the hat arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
Can I buy a hat as a gift?
Yes. The one-size party hats are the easiest gift since there is no size to guess. For a fitted western hat, try to learn the person's size quietly, perhaps from a hat they already own. If it misses, an unworn hat with tags can come back within 30 days.
How do I care for my hat?
Handle it by the brim rather than pinching the crown, and rest it upside down on its crown or on a hook so the brim keeps its shape. Keep any hat out of a hot car. Brush felt gently with a soft brush, and keep straw away from soaking rain. Shake faux fur out and let it air dry if it gets damp.
Is checkout secure?
Checkout runs over an encrypted connection, and your card details are entered only on the checkout page. We will never ask for your card number by email or over the phone.
