Returns and refunds
If a hat does not fit or does not suit you, you have 30 days to send it back. Keep it unworn with the tags on and the rest is simple.
The policy
We accept returns on unworn hats with the tags still attached within 30 days. Hats are hard to judge on a screen, so we expect some to come back. The condition rule is there because a hat that has been worn out of the house picks up sweat, scent and shape changes that the next owner should not inherit.
When your hat arrives, try it on indoors, on clean and product-free hair, and leave the tags on until you are sure. That gives you an honest read on fit without risking your return.
What qualifies
- The hat is unworn, with no sweat marks, makeup or reshaping
- All tags are still attached
- The return is started within 30 days
We strongly suggest sending the hat back in its original crush-proof box. A hat that gets crushed on the way back to us may no longer be in returnable condition.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the hat you are sending back.
- Wait for our reply with return instructions and the address to ship to.
- Pack the hat in its box with the tags on, and fill any empty space so it cannot slide around.
- Ship it with a tracked service and keep your receipt until the refund posts.
- We inspect the hat when it arrives and process your refund.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of the hat reaching us. Your bank or card issuer may take a little extra time to show it on your statement.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the problem is on our end. If your hat arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us photos when you first open the box and we will cover the return.
Need a different size
The simplest route is to return the first hat under the steps above and place a new order in the size you need. If you are unsure which size to pick, send us your head measurement and we will help you choose before you reorder.
