These terms apply to shopdiscocowboyhats.us and every order placed through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean the people who run this shop, and "you" means the visitor or customer.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the items in your cart. We accept that offer when we ship the order, not when you receive the confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, an item being out of stock or an obvious error on the site. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. We are not responsible for delays caused by an address entered incorrectly.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Payment is taken when you place your order. Prices can change at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted.

Errors on the site

We work hard to describe our hats accurately, including materials, colors and sizes. Even so, a typo or a pricing mistake can slip through, and colors can look different from screen to screen. If we find a clear error in the price or description of something you ordered, we will contact you and let you choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Shipping

We ship to US addresses only, and US shipping is free. Orders usually leave us within 1 to 2 business days, and transit typically takes 3 to 6 business days after that. Those are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and holidays can push them back. Hats ship in a crush-proof box. If a package goes missing or arrives damaged, we will help you sort it out.

Returns

You can return unworn hats with their tags still attached within 30 days of delivery. The full process, including how refunds are issued, is described on our returns page, and those details form part of these terms.

Our content

The text, photos, graphics and layout of this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You are welcome to browse, share a link or save a page for personal reference. You may not copy, republish or sell our content, or use it to train software or build another store, without our written permission. Brand names that appear on the site belong to their owners, and naming a brand does not mean that brand endorses us.

Using the site

Please do not try to break, overload or scrape the site, get into areas you are not meant to reach or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access for anyone who does.

Limits on our liability

We provide this site and our products as described, without promises beyond those in these terms or required by law. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where our business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute comes up, please email us first.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in place when you ordered applies to that order.
