About this hat
Its crown is what separates the Gus from the cattleman crowd. At 5 inches with a medium slope, it rises higher than most of our hats and angles rather than staying level, giving an old-time silhouette. The 4 inch brim carries only a slight curve.
A twisted leather hatband and a JBS brand hat pin dress it up just enough. It's 6X fur felt in Silverbelly or Black, with a sweatband of genuine leather and a full satin liner. Unisex sizes span 6 5/8 to 7 3/4; the hat is made by hand in the States and ships in its own Stetson box.

A tall sloped crown dents easily, so store it upside down on its crown in a spot where nothing gets stacked on top. Brush with the nap after wear. Fit should be firm but comfortable at your measured size.
