About this hat
This El Patron is the low one. A 4 1/4 inch low cattleman crown sits over a 4 1/4 inch medium curved brim, a more refined profile than a work hat and the sort of thing you wear with a pressed shirt.
At 30X, the fur felt is a big step up in density and smoothness from the 6X hats. The buckle is the showpiece: three pieces of sterling silver, overlaid in gold, carrying JBS letters and small inset stones, mounted on a self-felt band. A premier roan leather sweatband and full satin liner handle comfort, and it arrives in the STETSON Premier hat box. Colors are Sahara, Silverbelly, Chocolate and Black. Expect sizes 6 3/4 to 7 3/4, all handmade in America.
