About this hat
Sawmill is handwoven in Mexico from palm leaf straw, a more casual material than the shantung used in our dressier straws. It comes in a single color, Toasted, with a 3 3/4-inch pinch front crown and a 3 1/2-inch brim.
That pinch front shape gives it more of an outdoor, ranch-casual look than a dress cattleman. A two-tone pick stitch leather hatband wraps the crown, and a DRI-LEX absorbent sweatband sits inside to handle the sweat. It is unisex and sized S, M, L and XL, so ordering is quick even if you have never measured your head. Free US shipping applies here too.

Fit & care
Palm leaf is a casual straw, but it still warps if left in a hot car. If it gets wet, reshape the pinch with your fingers and let it dry in the shade. Lettered sizes have a little play, so foam tape is your friend if it sits loose.
