About this hat
The Ocala 8X Straw uses 8X quality shantung, a step below the 10X straws in grade but still a tight, even weave in a Natural color. Its 4 3/8-inch cattleman crown has eyelets for airflow, and the 4-inch brim is a sensible all-purpose width.
The hatband is braided from two tones of leather and set with diamond-shaped conchos. The W oval fit is wider side to side, built for rounder heads that find standard ovals tight at the temples. Genuine leather lines the inside. American handwork; order 6 3/4 through 7 3/4.
