About this hat
Pure is the operative word. The felt is pure beaver fur, and the colors are far from standard: True Blue and Phantom Grey. The shape stays classic Open Road, with a 4 1/4-inch crown in a cattleman crease and a 2 3/4-inch brim with a bound edge.
The band is grosgrain, fixed with a commemorative 1865 pin for the year Stetson started making hats. Inside, a premier roan sweatband is laced in gold under a satin liner. Fitted sizes go from 6 3/4 to 7 3/4, and it's handmade in the USA.

Fit & care
Beaver felt is about as weather-tough as felt gets, but a soaked hat still needs to dry slowly at room temperature. Brush counterclockwise with a soft brush, and handle by the brim edge to keep oil off the colored felt.
